Listed below are some support resources that are good to be familiar with. There are several good resources in Lund to help out with school, study plans, stress, depression or study related problems, many of them are specialized to help students! These resources are not only good to know about if you're not feeling well, but for life in general.

Student Counselor

The study counselors know about everything related to the university and the courses. Talk to them if you have questions about the study plan or want to ask about credits from courses you have taken earlier.

Student Health

The student health is focused on problems related to a student's life. Except offering counselors and therapy they also offer courses and lectures about different topics. Examples of courses the student health offer are “Dare to speak”, “Procrastinating group” , “Stress management based on ACT” and “Handle self-criticism within studies with compassion”. The student health’s workers have professional secrecy and are obligated to write journals.

The Academic Support Centre

The Academic Support Centre has individual tutorials about study techniques and also courses about e.g academic writing and speaking in front of others.

The student priests specialize in crisis management and life crises. They also have absolute professional secrecy. The student priests welcome everyone, regardless of faith!

Young Adults

Young adults is a resource for anyone in the ages 16-29 years old. They offer support and courses about stress and mindfulness. Young adults is a resource from Lunds Kommun and do not have a connection to Lunds University or LTH.
